Every wedding is unique so hopefully, you can use this to let me know where people will be, when, and what is happening on your special day! The more I know about the day in advance the better! If your wedding is in a church, there are often strict rules regarding photography - please ask!

Please provide address for where the bridal team is getting ready, to assist with bridal preparation photos.

If yes, please indicate when would be the best time for this? Before ceremony? After ceremony? Please allow 30-45 minutes for this! Any suggestions or preferences on where?

I want your wedding photos to be flawless and beautiful. I will be unobtrusive and ready to capture your special moments as they happen Here are some suggestions:

Don’t rush your first kiss!  At least 5 seconds of kissing should be enough to make sure that I and any videographers you hire have a chance to capture the moment properly!

Allow 50% more time for your hair and makeup than you originally anticipated on the big day. This will ensure you have plenty of time for everything else and that if you overrun – you’re not late!

To shoot a private “bride and groom” portrait session, I will need at least 30-45 minutes of your time alone at any point during the day. Please also allow 20-30 minutes after your ceremony for group photos, should you want them.

If possible, please pre-assign a member of the wedding party, family member or friend who knows the people to be in the pictures to round them up for the photos. Getting people where they need to be for the photos is by far the most time-consuming part of group shots.

Please, make sure the cutting of the cake and/or any other parts of the evening to be captured occur within the booked time.

Don’t be afraid to smile and talk to each other when you are being photographed. Don’t feel that you constantly have to stare at the camera, I want you to create memories - not awkward photos!
